Beautiful building, the 4th Floor Garden/BBQ Area, pool and gym all in one place.
One of the best towers in JVC, amazing views if you live on high floors, elegant finish and spacious in-suite rooms with built-in wardrobe.. maintenance could be required in some units, but that depends on the owners' commitment in maintaining their units in good condition.
البرج جميل و مساحات جيدة و التكييف على المالك...لكن الازدحام مشكلة مزعجه
طرق غير معبدة بجانب البرج و المصاعد مزدحمة و بطيئة . و اسعار التأجير مرتفعة . الممرات غير مكيفة و النظافة العامة ضعيفة
