雞蛋買回來發現整盒都是臭酸味，裡面還有一半是破的，打電話去跟商家反應，態度傲慢又囂張的說賣20幾年雞蛋從來沒壞過，一口咬定是顧客自己打破的，請你們調監視器就可以看到結帳時蛋盒已經是濕的，本來以為只是擺在架上的水氣潮濕，結果回家打開才發現完全是壞掉的商品。消費時間8:33後到家8:50，你告訴我自己打破的雞蛋，會在15分鐘全部黏在紙盒上？對自己錯誤不負責的商家給你一顆星的嫌太多！希望大家購物時注意商品品質，我個人建議不要再去元明消費免得受氣。

I urge you to review the surveillance footage which would show that the egg carton was already wet at the checkout. Initially, I thought it was just the humidity from being on the shelf, but when I opened it at home, I realized the products were completely spoiled. The time of purchase was 8:33, and I got home by 8:50. Are you telling me that all the broken eggs somehow got stuck to the cardboard within 15 minutes? It's ridiculous that this business refuses to take responsibility for their mistake. Giving them even one star feels too generous! I hope everyone pays attention to product quality while shopping. Personally, I strongly recommend against shopping at Yuan Ming to avoid frustration.
