What a super crowded place!!! First of all, I’m so disappointed from the reception staff. They act impolite and they barely speak English.little conversation or communication with the reception and the whole hotel staff was too poor and hard.
The main restaurant was all the time crowded with double or 3 time people capacity. Every kind of food needed waiting time in line..it was hard to find empty and clean table. The workers look very tired and very poor and sad. It was so hard for me to ask for a service from them. They were extremely exhausted. The main restaurant smells so bad. And the food isn’t tasty as other hotels.. the free bar in the room was too poor compared with other hotels. Public bars also too crowded all time. Too hard to get a drink. The coffee drinks were so poor. Made with machines that put lots of water in it..
the rooms were not clean enough and not lightened enough.
Ceramics next to the pool and in the lobby and main restaurant was so slippery and dangerous. I slipped while I was carrying my baby. Nobody cares..
the beach is not suitable for swimming. It contains slippy rocks and could be so dangerous and cause drowning..
The hotel is very far from the airport, the city of Antalya and from the main shopping centers
I think this hotel doesn’t give good value for the money compared with other hotels in Antalya . I regret coming here.

Du petit-déjeuner au dîner tout est assez bon même à la carte vous avez le choix.

Le choix de l'hôtel sera vite fait pour une famille avec plusieurs animations pour adultes mais aussi pour les enfants de bas âge comme les garderies.

À faire le choix je vous conseille de venir est de le constater par vous même vous ne serez pas déçu.

The hotel is wonderful, the experience is awesome, the service is fast, and the staff are very nice. Diverse and delicious food, suitable for all generations, even for infants. There are many activities for everyone. The price is very reasonable. It is a family hotel par excellence.

Myself and my husband had an absolutely fantastic experience at Selectum Family Resort in Side! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of service and the wide array of programs and entertainment options available.

The services at the resort were top-notch. The staff was always attentive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to Erhan, the trainer, and the entire team for their friendly, professional and positive attitude. Their dedication to making guests feel welcome and valued truly made our stay memorable.

The resort offered a diverse range of programs and entertainment, catering to various interests. Whether you wanted to relax by the beach or pool, engage in fun activities, or enjoy cultural evenings, there was something for everyone. The cultural evenings were a highlight. However, myself and my husband do agree that more Turkish music during these events would have added to the authenticity and enhanced the overall experience.

Overall, Selectum Family Resort Side exceeded my expectations in terms of services, programs, and entertainment. It's a place where you can truly unwind, have fun, and connect with the local culture. We highly recommend it to families looking for a memorable vacation experience.

We had a great time with the kids here. The pools are awesome, my girl really enjoyed them. It is a very family friendly place, each evening we had a different activity to do. We went each night with the kids at kids club, they had live events, many activities and a lot of toys. You will never get bored here. All in all, we had a wonderful stay here.

Very good hotel when traveling with children. Lots of activities for kids. The rooms are clean. The food is very varied and delicious. I really want to thank the waiter who served us - Ümit. He is so caring, helpful, sincere. Other employees should learn from him how to communicate with guests. I would like to come back again.
